She has a strong background in complex case management, leadership and return-to-work services, and more recently had focused on delivering high-quality Functional Capacity Assessments for NDIS participants. Carol’s clinical background spans a wide range of physical, neurological and psychiatric conditions from adolescence onwards. Her experience spans community-based practice, aged care, early rehabilitation and acute care, occupational rehabilitation, insurance based complex case management and NDIS work. She has strong expertise in analysing complex cases, applying clinical reasoning, and making informed and practical recommendations.
Carol has held roles requiring advanced analytical capability, strategic decision-making, and the development of national policies and procedures. This breadth of experience has strengthened her understanding of complex systems and the importance of working within legislative and regulatory frameworks.
