Brittany is an AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist who completed her Masters of Occupational Therapy at La Trobe University in 2016. She has over 9 years of clinical experience providing comprehensive occupational therapy assessment and intervention to children, adolescents and adults.
Brittany has worked primarily in the public health and community sectors, which has afforded her extensive experience with complex presentations involving multiple diagnoses that impact daily functioning and overall wellbeing. She has demonstrated expertise working across the lifespan and is confident in providing services to clients of all ages, from children to adults.
Brittany’s experience spans a broad range of psychosocial presentations, neurodevelopmental disabilities (ASD, ADHD and intellectual disability), mental health disorders, psychological injuries and dual disability presentations. She has provided occupational therapy services in hospital, rehabilitation and community settings including services to NDIS participants, DVA and WorkCover clients.
Brittany’s clinical experience allows her to conduct thorough functional capacity assessments, providing sound clinical recommendations and advice for the management of clients, including the prescription of basic equipment and assistive technology, as well as recommending therapeutic supports in line with identified functional limitations.
Brittany brings a calm and empathetic nature that helps put people at ease throughout the assessment process. She has extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and is committed to providing care that is respectful, inclusive, and affirming of each person’s unique needs and identity.
