Brianna is an experienced Occupational Therapist who completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Occupational Therapy Practice at La Trobe University in 2015. She has over 10 years of clinical experience providing comprehensive occupational therapy assessment and intervention to adults and older adults.
Her career has been primarily within hospital and rehabilitation settings, giving her extensive experience supporting individuals with complex, multi-diagnostic presentations that impact daily function and overall wellbeing. Her clinical background spans a wide range of conditions, including general medical and surgical (cardiac, respiratory, orthopaedic, oncology), neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, muscular dystrophy, neuropathies, dementia, stroke, Functional Neurological Disorder and brain injury, as well as chronic pain, fibromyalgia, mental illness, cognitive impairment, musculoskeletal conditions, traumatic injury, vision and hearing impairment, and chronic illness. She has delivered occupational therapy services across acute, inpatient, and day rehabilitation environments.
Brianna’s clinical expertise enables her to complete detailed functional capacity assessments and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations for client management. This includes the prescription of basic equipment and assistive technology, along with recommendations for therapeutic supports aligned with identified functional limitations.
With strong attention to detail, Brianna delivers thorough and accurate representations of each client’s functional abilities and needs. Her calm and empathetic manner helps put individuals at ease throughout the assessment process.
